* Contributions to Friends of Susan F. Rzucidlo are not tax deductible for federal income tax purposes.
* Contributions from corporate accounts are prohibited.
* Anonymous contributions in any amount are prohibited.
* Cash contributions may not exceed $100.
* We are required by law to collect the name and mailing address for individuals who contribute greater than $50.00 in an election cycle, and report the occupation and employer of each individual who contributes greater than $250.00 per election cycle.
* Under current Pennsylvania law there is no contribution limit on individual or PAC contributions (PAC Political Action Committee) but because Susan so strongly believes in reforming campaign finance law she has chosen to not to accept donations of more than $5,000 per individual or PAC as a reflection of nonpartisan good government advocacy recommendations.
