Susan Rzucidlo welcomes Emilio Pacheco and Julio Nieves of the Proyecto Latino Para Entrenamiento to the Chester County Adult Services Resource Fair that she coordinated in conjunction with the Chester County Intermediate Unit. This is the first Adult Service Fair that has ever been held in Chester County, with more than 45 care providers.
