Thank you for your vote

I want to thank you for your votes, prayers, support and time. I am very proud of the race that I ran. Unfortunately, there was no bucking the national or county trend this year.

Campaigning has been a wonderful experience and I will run again in two years. It has been a great experience that I wouldn’t have traded for anything. I have an amazing family and an amazing life. I will continue taking care of my family, working in our family business and growing my nonprofit organization, while continuing to advocate for people, good educational programs and the environment.

I will be preparing for the next race in 2012! I hope you will join me in my effort.
